A long-established relationship with this developer has seen the construction of 5 major warehouses on a 90,000 square metre Corio site.

The project scope included 2km of storm water drainage, over 2km’s of 180mm poly fire service with hydrant and hose reel connections, sewer connections into each warehouse and site office fit outs for general plumbing services. The scale of this development required Mills Plumbing and Infrastructure to install 3 new sewer pump stations using underground bores to connect water to the warehouses.
