Jacob Mills -Director
After completing his apprenticeship in 2005, Jacob went on to join his father, Barry Mills at Van de Poppe Plumbing. He then ventured out on his own, establishing Mills Plumbing in 2011.

Lauren Mills- Office Manager
Intelligent and highly articulate, Lauren’s experience compliments the Mills team perfectly. A strong family legacy in the Geelong plumbing industry provides Lauren with a sound knowledge of what it takes to own and run a successful plumbing and trade business.
A successful teaching career and degree in education before moving into the finance field and then eventually joining husband Jacob, she
now manages the company’s office and administrative duties effortlessly.
A jet on the netball field, Lauren has learnt the value of being a leader on the court which translates to her role within the family business.
Shaun O’Neill- Operations Manager
Joining Mills Plumbing and Infrastructure in 2016, Shaun’s experience and knowledge has made him a pivotal part of the team.
Often wearing many hats, he can be found working with project teams, tendering new works, managing the supply chain to get materials to sites or holding on site meetings making sure milestones are being met to our high standards.
Shaun really does it all.
Having a trade background, clear understanding of the on-site conditions and the ability to get his has dirty when needed, means that there is a mutual respect between Shaun and the teams, delivering successful results for Mills Plumbing and Infrastructure.
